The scheduled myitlab upgrade that took place this past weekend has been completed, and myitlab is now available. Thank you for your patience during this upgrade.

New users and schools using myitlab for Office 2010 should contact their Pearson Sales Representative for assistance in installing the myitlab components for successful use of myitlab in their campus labs. |
This upgrade is part of our ongoing effort to improve myitlab performance and functionality, and deliver system improvements for all Pearson mylabs. In addition, this upgrade includes key feature enhancements made to myitlab for both Office 2007 and Office 2010:

Shortly after this upgrade, in early August, we will be releasing the new templates for both myitlab for Office 2007 and myitlab for Office 2010. You will be receiving additional information about the template release in the coming weeks.

Support for Windows 7: Pearson is pleased to report that myitlab supports Windows 7 as of the 3.8 release. |

myitlab: grader. A live-in-the-application grading tool. A new template is now available for Instructors who have registered for the PILOT.

IE8 Compliancy. Compatibility Mode will be set by default, so that myitlab will run effectively with Internet Explorer 8 without user intervention.

Home Diagnostic Tool Kit. This new tool will automatically perform a series of diagnostic checks and will offer immediate feedback on how to adjust home computers to run myitlab at optimal performance.

The updated myitlab Installation wizard is now available, as is an Lab Admin file download site. |

Information on setting up your school labs with the new myitlab simulation files can be can be found in on the Lab Admin support page, which includes a Deployment Guide. Implementing the deployment approach in the Deployment Guide could help local performance substantially, improving simulation launch times and reduce the load on campus networks during peak usage hours. |
